Family of Mallisa Lundy struggling to pay for funeral costs

The incident occurred on Sunday (Oct.9) morning.Prescotte Stokes III/pstokes@al.com The family of Mallisa Lundy, 29, who was found shot inside her RV on Sunday, October 9, is asking for assistance to cover funeral expenses.Lundy's funeral will be held at the Keahey Funeral Home in Andalusia, Alabama. A spokeswoman for the funeral home, Kym Keahey said the family cannot set a date for the funeral until they get enough money to cover the cost.The funeral home received Lundy's body early Wednesday morning after the autopsy was completed. Keahey said the report stated that Lundy died from one fatal gunshot wound to the chest.A Gofundme page has been set up in Lundy's name for anyone that would like to make a donation.
